Complaints

Products sold in our online store are covered by a twelve-month manufacturer's or seller's warranty,
unless otherwise specified in the product description. 

 

To file a complaint, please follow the instructions below:

Complaints can be submitted by:

- sending information about the complaint by email to serwis@tchw.pl or info@coolstore.pl,

- submitting a complaint in person at our branches (Zabrze, Warsaw),

- submitting a complaint from the “your account” -> product complaints section, after logging in to the profile from which the purchase was made (recommended method of submitting a complaint)

Please send the product subject to complaint together with the completed complaint form to the following address:

with the note "Complaint" 

 

A properly completed complaint form sent with the goods will streamline the complaint process.

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
