The TESTO 550i measurement set is a modern solution that enables highly precise, wireless measurements and digital data documentation via a mobile application on a smartphone. The kit includes the TESTO 550i electronic manifold with a 2-way valve block and Bluetooth communication, fully controlled through the app. The device is equipped with a durable hook for convenient mounting in the field, two wireless TESTO 115i clamp probes (Bluetooth, NTC), and a sturdy transport case ensuring safety during transport and storage. This makes the set a complete measuring tool, ready for immediate use both in servicing and during the installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.

The TESTO 550i features a compact design (77 × 109 × 63 mm) and a lightweight construction (595 g), making it exceptionally handy for everyday work. Its housing, with an IP54 protection rating, ensures resistance to dust and splashes, allowing operation in demanding environmental conditions. The thermometer operates within a temperature range of -10 to +50°C and, thanks to Bluetooth® connectivity, enables data transmission over distances of up to 150 meters. It is powered by three AAA batteries, providing up to 130 hours of operation, and includes an auto-off function after 10 minutes of inactivity to save energy. An additional advantage is the ability to update the list of refrigerants directly through the mobile application, ensuring the device always complies with the latest standards and refrigerants used in the industry.

The TESTO 115i, included in the set, is a wireless clamp probe that allows for fast and precise temperature measurement of pipes in refrigeration and heating systems. The device weighs only 127.4 g, and its durable plastic housing provides protection against mechanical damage. The probe operates within a temperature range of -20 to +50°C, while Bluetooth® connectivity ensures a stable signal range of up to 100 meters. The TESTO 115i is compatible with iOS (version 13.0 and later) and Android (version 8.0 and later) systems, making it suitable for use with modern mobile devices, offering convenient operation and full control over the measurement process.

Combining the TESTO 550i and TESTO 115i devices in one set allows users to create complete, professional measurement reports without the need for cables or additional tools. All data is displayed in the TESTO Smart App in the form of graphs, tables, or PDF reports that can be instantly sent via email. Additional SmartProbes can expand the system’s capabilities with humidity, temperature, and vacuum measurements, providing users with full flexibility and mobility.
