VALUE VRP-2DLI-V - CORDLESS VACUUM PUMP
The VRP-2DLi-V vacuum pump is a two-stage cordless unit designed for professional refrigeration and air conditioning service applications. With a pumping capacity of 57 l/min (2 CFM) and an ultimate vacuum level of 23 microns, it provides efficient system evacuation and preparation for further service procedures. Its battery-powered design offers greater flexibility and makes it ideal for work in locations where access to mains power is limited.
The VRP-2DLi-V is compatible with HFC and HFO refrigerants, including R32 and 1234yf. Thanks to its two-stage design, the pump is capable of achieving a deeper vacuum than single-stage models, making it suitable for more demanding service tasks. A built-in solenoid valve further enhances operational safety and helps maintain stable vacuum conditions throughout the evacuation process.
Measuring just 233 × 90 × 190 mm and weighing 3.4 kg, the pump combines portability with professional performance. Its lightweight 0.15 kW DC motor ensures reliable operation, while the forced oil circulation system provides effective lubrication and cooling of internal components. This contributes to consistent performance and long-term durability, even during intensive use.
Powered by an 18 V battery, the VRP-2DLi-V delivers up to approximately 50 minutes of continuous operation when used with a 5 Ah battery. The pump features a 1/4" SAE connection, a 0.16 L oil reservoir, and a large sight glass for convenient oil level monitoring.
