The VALUE cordless tube expander is a modern tool designed for fast and precise expansion of soft copper tubes. Thanks to its compact design and battery-powered operation, the device performs exceptionally well in confined and hard-to-reach areas where the use of traditional tools can be difficult. Intuitive one-button operation and an automatic clutch ensure ease of use and high working efficiency.
The tool is equipped with a quick-connect head system that allows fast and convenient changes between tube sizes. The standard kit includes expansion heads for tube diameters from 1/4” to 1-1/8” (6–35 mm), making the expander ready for the most common applications in refrigeration and air conditioning installations. The inclusion of a 1/4" head in the standard package increases the versatility of the tool and eliminates the need to purchase additional accessories.
The high-performance battery provides extended operating time and can be conveniently charged using the USB charging cable included in the kit. This allows the user to recharge the device virtually anywhere using a wall charger, car charger, or power bank. A built-in battery level indicator enables continuous monitoring of the battery status and helps users plan their work efficiently.
The VALUE tube expander is supplied in a practical carrying case containing all essential accessories, including the battery, USB charging cable, VTC-32 tube cutter, VTT-5 deburring tool, and a complete set of expansion heads.
