The TESTO 810 is a modern, compact non-contact pyrometer designed for fast and accurate temperature measurements in service, technical diagnostics, and HVAC applications. It combines two functions – surface temperature measurement using infrared (IR) technology and ambient temperature measurement via an NTC sensor – allowing not only quick readings but also instant comparison between air and object temperatures. The IR measurement range is from –30 °C to +300 °C, making the device ideal for monitoring both heating elements and refrigeration applications. The device automatically calculates the temperature difference between the surface and the surrounding air, which significantly speeds up identifying heat loss, locating thermal bridges, or assessing insulation effectiveness. Additionally, the HOLD, MIN/MAX, and temperature difference display functions increase the device’s versatility in everyday use.
