TESTO - MEASURING SLEEVES 0563 4170

The kit enables quick and convenient measurement of air volumetric flow, both supply and exhaust, directly at ventilation grilles and diffusers. It is designed for openings with maximum dimensions of 300 × 300 mm and features easy installation. The set includes two hoods: one for diffusers (Ø 200 mm) and one for measurements at ventilation grilles (330 × 330 mm), which—when combined with the Ø 100 mm vane probe—ensure precise and efficient measurements under various installation conditions.

Measuring air velocity and accurately calculating airflow at outlets can be quite challenging for those performing these tasks. Turbulence and varying flow directions make precise measurement difficult. However, using a flow hood set in combination with the testo 417 vane anemometer or a 100 mm vane probe enables simple and accurate measurement of airflow velocity at ventilation grilles and diffusers.
