The VMV-1 is a digital vacuum gauge by VALUE, equipped with a high-quality Pirani sensor that ensures precise vacuum measurements in refrigeration systems and laboratory environments. The device operates over a wide pressure range – from 0 to 10,000 Pa, 0 to 100.00 mBar, 0 to 75,000 mmHg, and up to 75,000 microns – making it a versatile measuring tool. The maximum allowable pressure is 72 psi (0.5 MPa), which reflects its robust design and resistance to demanding conditions.

The VALUE vacuum gauge is characterized by high accuracy – within the range of 2 to 100 Pa, the measurement error is ±5% at 20 °C. It also offers excellent reading resolution: 0.01 in the <10 Pa range, 0.0001 in the <10 mBar range, 0.0001 in the <10 mmHg range, and a 1-micron resolution for measurements up to 30,000 microns. The device operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50 °C, features a 0.5-second refresh rate, and automatically powers off after 10 minutes of inactivity to save energy.

The VMV-1 uses three standard AA batteries, providing up to 45 hours of continuous operation without recharging. With the ability to display results in four different units (Pa, mBar, mmHg, microns), users gain flexibility in choosing their preferred measurement format. The device is equipped with a standard ¼" SAE connection, ensuring compatibility with typical systems and measuring accessories, while a 90 dB audible alarm (which automatically turns off after 10 seconds) enhances safety and user convenience.

Its lightweight construction — weighing only about 0.125 kg without batteries — and the inclusion of a textile carrying case with a protective cardboard box make it easy to transport and store.
