Optimally adjusted air conditioning and ventilation systems are a decisive factor in modern buildings. To ensure correct airflow, temperature, and volume flow in ventilation ducts, it is essential to use reliable measuring technology.

The Testo 425 thermal anemometer is your fast and precise measuring tool for everyday applications. Equipped with a telescopic flow probe on a cable that can be extended up to 820 mm, it is ideally suited for working overhead or in large-diameter ducts. All key calculations – such as volume flow and time- or point-averaged values – are carried out automatically by this compact and durable instrument.

Thanks to integration with the Testo Smart App, operating the anemometer is especially convenient. The app allows for quick instrument configuration, real-time display and storage of measurement results, and easy documentation. In addition, your smartphone can be used as a second display, greatly improving comfort and flexibility during work.

The Testo 425 set includes a telescopic probe (max. 820 mm), a practical transport case, a calibration protocol, and three AA batteries. The instrument is compact (135 x 60 x 28 mm), lightweight at just 268 g, and built from durable ABS + PC / TPE materials. The measuring range for flow velocity is 0.01 to 30 m/s, and for temperature from -20 to +70 °C, with high accuracy and resolution. With a battery life of up to 35 hours, the Testo 425 is a reliable partner for professional ventilation measurements.
