The testo 310 II EN flue gas analyzer is an advanced measurement tool designed for professionals working with heating installations. The device features two measurement chambers for oxygen (O₂) and carbon monoxide (CO) as well as a temperature sensor integrated into the flue gas probe. These sensors allow precise determination of gas concentrations in flue gases and the temperature of both flue gases and the surrounding environment. Based on these readings, the analyzer calculates all relevant performance parameters, such as CO₂ content, boiler efficiency, and flue gas losses. This makes the testo 310 II EN an indispensable tool for heating system technicians, enabling accurate and rapid diagnostics regardless of the user’s experience level. The testo 310 II EN is built for demanding work environments. Its robust housing protects the device from dirt and mechanical damage, while rapid sensor zeroing in just 30 seconds, an easily replaceable probe filter, and a practical condensate trap ensure long-term reliability and durability. Operation via the testo SmartApp mobile application enables remote control and configuration of the device, further enhancing comfort and operational efficiency. The analyzer is suitable for both routine maintenance and more complex diagnostic measurements, providing versatile functionality for heating system professionals.
Measurement results can be transmitted to the optional Testo printer via Bluetooth®/IRDA, allowing immediate on-site report printing. Alternatively, data can be saved and sent via email. The kit includes a complete set of accessories: the analyzer with calibration protocol, a 180 mm flue gas probe with cone, transport case, mains power supply with cable, silicone hose for pressure measurement, particulate filters, thermal paper roll for the printer, and USB-C cable. Thanks to these features, the testo 310 II EN provides a fully equipped, ready-to-use solution for professionals performing service, inspection, and diagnostics of heating systems.
