REFRIGERANT R-513A [PRIMARY] 11 kg

R513A is a liquefied gas under pressure and a non-flammable azeotropic refrigerant blend. It was developed as a replacement for R134a and can be used both in existing installations and in new systems specifically designed for this refrigerant. It is widely used in medium- and high-temperature refrigeration systems, as well as in commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning systems, chillers, and heat pumps.

One of the main advantages of the R513A refrigerant is its low environmental impact. Its GWP value is only 573, which represents a 56% reduction compared to R134a. R513A also offers high performance and operating parameters similar to R134a, both in new installations and during retrofitting of existing systems. As a result, it can be used in systems previously operating with R134a without the need to replace the entire installation.

R513A is an azeotropic blend, which means there is no temperature glide during phase changes, ensuring stable system operation. In addition, it is classified as A1 according to ASHRAE standards, confirming that it is non-flammable and safe to use. The refrigerant has been approved by leading manufacturers of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and components, which has contributed to its growing popularity in modern installations.

R513A was designed primarily for refrigeration systems developed specifically for this refrigerant, but it also performs very well as a replacement for systems previously operating with R134a. In retrofit applications, it may be necessary to replace the oil and adjust or replace selected components according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The refrigerant is mainly used in medium-temperature refrigeration systems, cascade systems, and commercial and industrial direct expansion (DX) refrigeration systems.

The refrigerant presented is sold in a quantity of 11 kg in returnable packaging (butla 12l - do czynnika chłodniczego R-513a), to be included when placing an order.
