The VRP-6DLi vacuum pump is a two-stage cordless unit designed for professional refrigeration and air conditioning service applications. With a pumping capacity of 170 l/min (6 CFM), it enables fast evacuation of both small and larger systems, helping technicians complete service tasks more efficiently. Its 18 V battery-powered operation provides complete mobility and allows work to be carried out without access to mains electricity.
The VRP-6DLi is compatible with HFC and HFO refrigerants, including R32 and 1234yf. Its two-stage design enables the pump to achieve an ultimate vacuum level of 15 microns, ensuring effective system evacuation before commissioning or maintenance procedures. An integrated gas ballast valve helps reduce moisture contamination in the oil, supporting reliable and consistent pump performance.
The unit is equipped with a lightweight and efficient DC motor, while the forced oil circulation system provides cooling and helps maintain proper vane sealing during operation. A large sight glass allows for quick and convenient oil level monitoring, and the spark-free design makes the pump suitable for use with modern refrigerants. These features contribute to dependable performance during demanding day-to-day service work.
The VRP-6DLi delivers up to 60 minutes of continuous operation when used with a 9 Ah battery and features 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" SAE connections for increased versatility. A 0.417 L oil reservoir and a manual shut-off valve further enhance ease of use and servicing convenience.
