WIPCOOL R6 PRO - ELECTRIC OIL PUMP

The R6 PRO is a professional device designed for quick oil replacement and replenishment in demanding refrigeration systems. It is perfect for servicing compressors in chillers, cold storage facilities, as well as industrial and marine refrigeration systems. The pump is fully universal, working with all types of refrigeration oils, even those with high viscosity. Thanks to its sparkless design, it guarantees safe operation in systems using A2L class refrigerants, such as R32 and R1234yf.

Reliable efficiency is delivered by a gear pump powered by a 550 W brushless DC motor, which achieves a flow rate of up to 300 l/h. A key advantage of the device is its ability to pump oil under high pressure. The equipment effortlessly overcomes the system's backpressure, handling resistance up to 20 bar.

The designers of the R6 PRO focused on maximum ergonomics, reducing the weight of the entire pump to just 3.5 kg. This low weight was achieved by utilizing a modern brushless motor. The lightweight and compact construction eliminates the hassle of transporting heavy tools, making it easy to reach chillers located in hard-to-access areas.

Full control over the process is ensured by an impact-resistant pressure gauge positioned in an easy-to-see spot on top of the housing. This gauge allows the operator to monitor the operating pressure in real time while injecting oil into the system. As a result, the technician gets a constant view of the performance parameters, which increases both precision and safety during operation.
